Refunds & Returns

Big C Pawn has a final sale policy. All items are tested when they leave the store to show the customer that they are functional. In the event we are unable to show the item works there is a 48 hour return window where the customer may bring the item back in the same condition it was sold in. This is ONLY in the case of items we are unable to test. The only exception to this rule is phones that become blacklisted (become locked in a region) we will return at any time.
